Product preview · macOS · 1.0.0
Your workspace for connected substance knowledge.
Synapedia Suite brings substance profiles, a knowledge graph, comparisons and research tools into a dedicated macOS workspace. The first public release is planned as free early access.

Product captures will be added once their public use has been approved.
ONE CONNECTED WORKSPACE
An entry is only the beginning.
Substances, receptors and mechanisms are connected. Synapedia Suite brings these relationships, their sources and their gaps into one native workspace.
Find a starting point.
Search names and aliases, filter by class and follow a synchronized Inspector. Atlas and Index use the same local substance references.
Connections with provenance.
A native Metal graph connects substances, targets, mechanisms and sources. Paths and shared targets are computed relationships; they do not establish clinical effects.
Differences, side by side.
Compare two to four substances using recorded mechanisms, targets and sources. Clinical effect, risk and duration statements remain withheld from the 1.0 snapshot pending editorial approval.
Uncertainty stays visible.
Original pair records, class-derived context and mechanistic overlap remain separate. Missing records mean unknown. Pairwise records do not establish multi-substance effects.
Back to the source.
A local source library, provenance traces and research boards. A bibliography reference does not support every claim; external sources open in your browser.
A place for your research.
Save substances, reopen comparisons and collect sources with local notes on boards. Your workspace stays on this Mac.
Your Mac. Your workspace.
Core tools work with a bundled, explicitly labelled dataset. Saved references, comparisons, boards and notes stay local. No account or cloud sync is required for this workspace.
Source links require a browser and internet. After your own configuration and an explicit Send action, the experimental Intelligence module can send your question and displayed public context to Anthropic. Boards and private notes are not included automatically; anything typed into the question is transmitted. Core tools do not require an AI provider. Any provider charges are not included in early access.
Research needs boundaries.
The current app uses a limited development snapshot containing 23 substances. Structural fields remain labelled unreviewed or class-derived; clinical narratives and risk classifications are withheld for 1.0. Source lists are not claim support. Release qualification is still pending.
For scientific information. Not medical advice, dosage guidance or sourcing advice. No combination is classified as safe.
System requirements
macOS 14.0 minimum declared by the app bundle and Swift package · Metal-capable Mac. Locally tested on Apple M5 with macOS 26.2. Universal arm64/x86_64 binary verified; Intel hardware and actual macOS 14 remain unqualified.
Known limitations
23 substances in the local development snapshot; mixed German and English source text. Clinical claims are withheld. No cloud sync or automatic updater. Local boards and notes are stored unencrypted in macOS preferences and survive uninstalling. Intel, minimum-macOS and final first-install qualification remain pending.
FIRST PUBLIC RELEASE
Planned to be free
Early access is planned for version 1.0.0. The future download is intended to require no purchase, mandatory account or email gate.
The first public release is planned as free early access. Future versions and updates are not promised to remain free. The separate API pilot has its own terms.

About this preview
Does Suite replace the public website?
No. Synapedia.com remains the public knowledge platform. Suite adds a local desktop workspace; public information remains accessible.
Do I need an account or payment?
No. The qualified 1.0.0 download will be public without registration, an email gate or payment. Until distribution is qualified, the download remains labelled not yet available.
What works offline?
Search, graph, comparison, local interaction records, the source directory and saved workspaces. External sources and an explicitly configured AI provider require internet.
Are all interactions substance-specific?
No. The app separates represented pair records, class-derived information, computed overlap and unknowns. None is a personal safety clearance.
What is synchronized?
Nothing currently. Saved references and notes are stored in local macOS preferences. Moving devices and backing up require your own local backup.
