Anticholinerges Syndrom und schwere Sedierung

Scopolamin ist ein potenter muskarinischer Acetylcholin-Antagonist. Die Kombination mit Ethanol führt zu verstärkter ZNS-Depression, schwerer Sedierung und erhöhtem Risiko für anticholinerges Delir. Scopolamin wird kriminell als K.o.-Tropfen eingesetzt — die Kombination mit Alkohol potenziert die sedierende und amnesische Wirkung massiv.

Mechanism

Muskarinischer Acetylcholin-Antagonismus (Scopolamin) + GABAerge ZNS-Depression (Ethanol) = additive ZNS-Depression + anticholinerge Toxizität

Harm Reduction

• Scopolamin in Kombination mit Alkohol ist eine häufige Zusammensetzung bei substanzfacilitierten Straftaten (K.o.-Tropfen).

• Anticholinerge Symptome: trockener Mund, Tachykardie, Mydriasis, Verwirrtheit, Halluzinationen, Harnretention.

• Bei Verdacht auf unfreiwillige Verabreichung sofort Notruf 112 und keine weiteren Getränke annehmen.
