Der CB2-Rezeptor ist ein Gi-gekoppelter Cannabinoidrezeptor, der hauptsächlich auf Immunzellen und in geringerem Maße im ZNS exprimiert wird. Er moduliert Entzündungsprozesse und Immunantworten.
