Buprenorphine / Naloxone (Suboxone) & Antidepressant

16 mg Pharms - Buprenorphine (daily) 4 mg Naloxone (daily)

When I was 18 I started my first Vicodin. There is a bigger story of how my addiction of 7 years killed my relationships with people but right now Suboxone has helped me realized that chasing that drug is not fun. Trying to find doctors and so many stories it just got old. It was done.

I finished my last prescription and went through a horrible withdrawal and now I am on Suboxone. The first two days were great after I felt the effects of Suboxone. I was on a high dose for a long time since I took so much oxycodone to begin with. I was on 30mg for at least 4 months. 5 MONTHS! To me that is a great amount. Then I started feeling depressed and they gave me an anti-depressant with it so automatically I become a guinea pig of Anti-depressants/Anxiety drugs. It was more for the anxiety. After taking those huge pills she has finally dropped down by my choice. That really didn�t make any sense to me since I�m not the doctor right?

So within 2 and half months I went from 20mg to 16mg just like that. No discussions on how I am feeling or no real care I should say. I feel like I did this whole process on my own, even changing the antidepressants on my own, it�s a joke. There are so many doctors out there with so many patients they cannot give you enough time to give you correct treatment. Now I�m on 16mg of Suboxone since our last visit there was confusion. The doctor insisted that I stay on 20mg but I received the prescription it is two 8 mg a day which is 16 a day.
